What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, business name if you give one, the kind of help you need and your message. We use these details only to reply to you and to prepare a quote.

How it's sent and stored

Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by email using Resend, an email delivery service. We keep enquiries in our email for as long as they're useful for our work with you. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Reviews

If you leave a review, we store your name, star rating, review and the website you share. We check every review first, and once approved, your name, rating, review and website are shown publicly on our Reviews page. Ask us any time and we'll remove it.

Meta Pixel

We may use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. It only loads if you choose Allow on the tracking notice. If you choose No thanks, it isn't loaded. You can change your choice at any time using Tracking preferences at the bottom of any page.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@ngdigital.nz and we'll help.
